The “Balkan” hotel gained its fourth star, construction of a modern congress center in plan

The Belgrade hotel “Balkan” has officialy gained a “luxurious star”, that is the fourth in categorization, from the Ministry of trade, tourism and services, after the renovated part of the hotel had been opened during 2006, as announced by “WEG” company, the hotel owner. Close to 6 millions eur has been invested in the rennovation and now hotel has a complete equipped, rennovated guest rooms, from the second up to the fifth floor, together with a VIP saloon and rennovated famous restaurant “Orient express”, with a luxurious interior that reminds of the same called famous train.

It is in plan to build in the coming period a congress center on the sixth floor of the hotel, as well as a modern “wellness” and “fitness” center in the ground floor.
