Magna to hire another 150 workers in Odzaci by end-2013

Director of the Magna Seating factory in Odzaci, Zoran Sokolovic, announced that that factory was going to employ another 150 workers by the year's end.

According to him, the plan is to hire additional 150 people in 2014.

Sokolovic said in a talk with Vojvodina Prime Minister Bojan Pajtic that that factory for producing car seat covers had 150 employees at the moment, adding that the entire production was intended for export.

- The factory will have 300 employees by the year's end, and the plan is to increase that number to about 450 by the end of the next year - said Sokolovic.

Pajtic noted that Magna Seating's investment was the first large investment in the municipality of Odzaci in the last 30 years.
