From panel plate to partnership - Italian company "RV Panel" and "Mikom" from Novi Sad will invest 10 millions eur in the construction of a joint factory

Representatives of the Italian company 'RV Panel" and Novi Sad's company "Mikom" signed yesterday (October, 11th, 2006) a contract of foundation of a joint company in which would be invested 10 millions eur.

The construction of the new company 'RV Panel S" in Novi Sad's industrial zone, which would ne manufacturing isolation panel plates and employ 23 workers, will start right away in the surface of 20.000 m2. It is predicted that the annual traffic of the factory should be 7 millions eur and that 50% of the manufacture which should start by the end of 2007, would be exported.

The contract about foundation of the joint company was signed by the director of 'RV Panel' Vittorio Marcon and the owner of "Mikom" Mirko Karac.
