Tender for startegy partner for "Kolubara B" will be published in the beginning of 2007, the latest

Tender for elections of a strategy partner in construction of thermal electrical station "Kolubara B", worth 1,2 billions eur, will be published by the end of 2006, or in the beginning of 2007, as announced by the director of Directive of Electric commerce of Serbia for investments and development, Dragomir Markovic. He said that the startegy partner would be a amajority owner of the plant and that for the construction of "Kolubara B" was interested 16 large European companies, among whom were 4 from Germany.

Markovic said that in 2007 there would be also published a tender for the elections of the startegy partner in reconstruction of thermal electrical station - heating plant in Novi Sad. It is an energetic plant that should be build up with gas-steam cycle which would increase the efficiency, and the worth of the whole investment was estimated to be between 200 and 300 millions eur.
