Norvegians have bought "Zastava machines" company from Kragujevac

A Norvegian company "Rap marine as" (www.rappmarine.com ) has bought on the auction the factory of "Zastava machines" from Kragujevac for 34,8 millions dinars. At the auction the Norvegians were the only ones interested as buyers, which will pay off the debts of "Zastava machines" of 156,3 millions dinars and invest another 9,9 millions dinars. "Zastava machines" in this moment has 160 emploees and fo far they have had contracted works wiht a Norvegian company which manufactures undersea equipment.
