Paraćin-based glass factory to get strategic partner from Bulgaria soon

- The negotiations about the sale of Serbian glass factory in Paraćin to Bulgarian company "Pleven" have entered the final phase - the general manager of glass factory, Slobodan Baletić, announced.

The representatives of the factory union should talk with Bulgarian negotiating team about the social program by the end of the week, whereas the representatives of "Srbijagas" should discuss the debt of the glass factory to that company. If the negotiations are ended successfully, it should be expected that Paraćin-based factory will be privatized by the end of October 2006.

Bulgarian company already agreed that the investments amount to 25m EUR. In addition, the potential buyer obliged to invest 7.5m EUR in the glass factory already in the first year.
