Together for the national economies recovery - Representatives of central banks from the region to meet May 24 in Rovinj

On May 24 in Rovinj, representatives of central banks and financial institutions from Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Macedonia will take part at the regional conference "Together for the national economies recovery," organizers have announced today

The crucial topic of the meeting are measures against financial sector global crisis, but it will also be discussed how realistic estimations that the crisis can return from the real to the financial sector are realistic, potential models of cooperation of central banks and the government in order to support and assist the real sector in crisis effect mitigation.

The conference objective is to promote cooperation between financial institutions and region to exchange experiences in combating and mitigating current financial crisis consequences.

Central banks governors and representatives of banks and other financial institutions in the region will attend the conference aiming at establishing the most appropriate models of banking sector recovery as well as the overall economy at the same time.

The organizers are Business Info Group from Belgrade and the business weekly Lider from Zagreb.
