Open competition announced for privatization councillor for companies "Simpo" and "Putnik"

The Privatization Agency of Serbia has announced the open competition for selection of the privatization councillors for companies "Simpo" from Vranje and travel agency "Putnik" from Belgrade.

According to the estimate of the Agency, the value of the services of the privatization councillor for privatization of "Simpo" is 15m CSD, with the fee of 25.2m CSD for successfully finished work, whereas the value of the consulting services for privatization of "Putnik" has been estiamted to 6m CSD and additional 34m CSD for successful sale.

The applications will be received within the next 15 days and, after that period, the Agency will invite qualified consulting companies to deliver the obligatory bids.
