Two offers for Kruševac-based "Trayal"

On the tender for sale of 76.9% of assets of "Trayal" Corporation from Kruševac, the obligatory bids have been delivered by companies "Brikel EAD" from Bulgaria and "Elcor holding BV" from Netherlands.
Financial and legal advisors of the Privatization Agency will estimate that offers within 30 days and present them to the Tender Commission. The tender documentation was also bought by companies "Municipal bank PLC" from Bulgaria and "Matador" from Slovakia, but they gave up purchase.
"Trayal" Corporation is the biggest public company in Kruševac. It employs 3,450 workers whose average salary amounts to 14,000 CSD. The first tender for sale of "Trayal" in March 2006 was unsuccessful, because not one bid was submitted, while the second tender was announced at the end of May.Companies:
