Austrian S&T took over IT company SITO Inc. from Belgrade

Representatives of company S&T, System Integration & Technology Distribution AG, from Vienna, signed the contract on take-over of company for engineering and design of information systems SITO Inc. from Belgrade. This transaction represents one of the biggest foreign investments in IT sector in Serbia. As the result of this take-over S&T Yugoslavia, the branches of company S&T Austria, will strengthen its leading position on Serbia's IT market, which will increase the incomes from the Adriatic region by over €90m.
