Finnish, Italians and Russians interested in strategic partnership with Rubber Industry Trayal Kruševac, big Serbia's exporter

Several foreign leading companies from that field are interested in privatization of Tire Factory Trayal from Kruševac.

So far, the letters of intent were sent by Finland-based company Nokian, Italian company Marangoni and Russian company Viza.

Few foreign companies are also interested in privatization of certain parts of Trajal corporation, but the aim of the management and the interest of the workers is that the majority owner takes over entire company.

Trayal expects that the tender will be announced in June 2005. Designing of social program for that purpose is underway.
