Successful production continues in Tigar obuca

In his announcement for Plusonline, Ivan Mijalkovic, director of Tigar Obuca, told the that in April production in this entity started again and that the company realized its forecasted plans for this month.
The production scope was increasing on daily basis with a constant increase of new hires, Mijalkovic says.

- Production in April was carried out in line with the forecasts, with the involvement of employees during working Saturday so that rising demand would be met. As for the planned production for the current month, it implies an increase in the physical volume of production by 30% compared to April. In line with this, we re-hired some employees who worked with a close end contract who stopped working in the production reduction period. We are speaking about 298 employees – Mijalkovic says.

Miodrag Dopudja, company Production Manager said that they organized a new training program for 42 volunteers, which began on Monday (May 13, 2013).

- Volunteers were divided into three groups. They will be pass the training in the unit which will hire them. Volunteers will be involved in the so-called "white" rolling mill, pressing room and clothing unit.
