Construction of trade center in Block 19 commenced - "Ušće" to get twin sister

Next to the renovated palace of the Business center "Ušće" in Novi Beograd, which was torn down during the NATO bombing, the construction of trade center commenced few days ago. In addition, the former headquarters of the Central Committee should get the twin sister.

According to the announcement of Vesna Vlatković, the manager of MPC, the company investor, the shopping mall will be the place for entertainment, recreation and good catering offer. Underneath the roof of the building of 130,000 square meters, in addition to numerous shops and supermarkets, there will be a bawling room, recreation hall, playground for children, coffee shops, bars, pastry shops and restaurants. Special attraction is a cineplex, which is made of ten modern cinema halls. The investors estimate that up to 50,000 people would pass through the market on the daily basis, so that they are not worried that the halls would be empty.

The second cupola of palace "Ušće" will also have 25 floors, but the interior will be different. In addition to offices, there are hints that some business suites would be settled in that building.
