Municipality of Čačak to get more than 7.2m EUR for investments

On the various bases, the Municipality of Čačak has been assigned 7.295m EUR from the National Investment Plan.

Most of the money will be spent on the infrastructure, especially for the road network, plumbing, industrial zone, education, health care and apartment construction.

The Mayor of Čačak, Velimir Stanojević, stated that several projects stood out and those projects concerned revitalization of the old road Čačak-Kraljevo and few city junctions, on which 2.83m EUR would be spent.

THe second projects is the forming of the industrial zone for the sake of employment stimulation, whereas the other programs concern modernizations of the schools and health care, restricted apartment construction and building of the home for the aged.

Together with the other municipalities, Municipality of Čačak applied for another two capital facilities. These are: regional dump "Duboko" near Užice and water supply system "Rzav".
