"Actavis" finalized purchase of Leskovac based "Zdravlje"

The company "Actavis" has become a 100% owner of the company "Zdravlje" from Leskovac, Serbia.

Based on the report of the Central Securities Registry, sale of shares has completely ended. The successful implementation of this process, in the value of more than 7 million EUR, the total investment by "Actavis" in "Zdravlje", starting from the year of 2003, has exceed EUR 50 million.

The company "Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc." completed the acquisition of "Actavis Group" at the end of October, last year, for 4.25 billion euros. With this merging, the third largest combined generic pharmaceutical company in the world has been created, the statement said.
