Building of Fashion company "Centrotekstil" in Belgrade sold to Alpha bank for 5m EUR

Today (September 28, 2006), at the auction held in the premises of the Privatization Agency, the building of Fashion company "Centrotekstil" in Makedonska Street in Belgrade was sold for 5m EUR.

The buyer of the building of the Fashion company on surface of 1,800 square meters is Alpha bank, which needs that space for expansion on the market of Serbia.

Footwear and clothing wholesale trade company "Centrotekstil" also owns business buildings in Knez Mihailova and Sremska Street, warehouse in Subotica and Fashion company in Kragujevac and in Novi Beograd.
