Law on foreign investors stipulates privileges only for foreign investments and it discriminates capital from Serbia, whereas the good idea of creation of "one window" that should cut administration was fully degraded by introduction of discretion and potential corruption into the entire process, the Legal Forum estimated.

According to the announcement from that recently founded organization, which is made of the law experts, it is said that the discrimination of capital that comes from Serbia will result in bogus opening of domestic companies abroad and it will increase the savings of domestic citizens in foreign banks and investment funds that will be investment priority in Serbia.

Also, the law returns Serbia to the group of countries of the third world and it is opposite to the Agreement on stabilization and EU joining, which stipulates prohibiton of successful discrimination, because the law stipulates possibility of freeing from tax on the basis of the investment.
