Deadline to submit bids for Inex Zlatna Obala Hotel extended to May 23rd

The Privatization Agency today extended the deadline to submit bids for the hotel and tourist complex Inex Zlatna Obala in Sutomore to 23 May 2013.

The auction for this complex is scheduled for May 31st with the starting price set at EUR 11.8 million.

The Privatization Agency has so far had several attempts to sell Inex facilities in Sutomore, but every time failed to attract prospective buyers.
