Telekom 2012 profit cut in half due to financial expenditures - Revenues at RSD 88.5 billion

The net profit of incumbent telecoms operator Telekom Srbija nearly halved to 11.3 billion dinars ($132.1 million/101.3 million euro) in 2012 from 22.3 billion dinars a year earlier, data from Serbia's Business Registry Agency (BRA) indicated.

Operating revenues rose 1.4% to 88.5 billion dinars in 2012 while its operating expenses climbed to 68.8 billion dinars from 67.7 billion dinars a year earlier, data submitted to APR showed.
