Zelenkada Hotel at Mount Zlatibor put up for sale - Starting price set at EUR 4.54 million

The Privatization Agency has put Zelenkada Hotel at Mount Zlatibor up for sale by public auction at a starting price of EUR 4.54 million.

This hotel is part of the PTT-Ugostiteljstvo company. All interested prospective buyers are to submit a guarantee or pay a deposit in the amount of EUR 454,414 in dinars.

The deadline to submit applications is May 16th. The public auction will take place May 24th on the premises of the Privatization Agency.

All those interested should first buy the auction documentation, which is priced at RSD 150,000.
