Surdulica-based electric motor manufacturer RS Partners Pes up for sale

The Privatization Agency has made a decision to sell the RS Partner Pes company in Surdulica and, thus, put an end to a six-year agony of this company that was privatized on 9 December 2007.

People at the Agency told Jugmedia that the procedure is to first notify owners and then the public, but it has been confirmed that the owner failed to implement a severance program and ensure continuity in company operations.

The Agency will appoint a temporary representative of capital within the next few days.

RS Partner Pes' core activity is the production of direct current motors for cars and agricultural machines as well as metal and plastics processing, etc.
