Irish company "United entertainment partners LTD", buyer of hotel in Montenegro, to take over Belgrade-based "Putnik" ?

Irish company "United entertainment partners LTD", which has recently bought Kotor-based Fjord hotel, should soon take over ownership of tourist company "Putnik" from Srba Ilić and its company "Uniworld".

Miodrag Đorđević, director of the Privatization Agency, says that the negotiations between Ilić and this Ireland-based company on take-over of the contract on the ownership of the oldest domestic tourist company should be ended in a week.

At the same time, this would be the first case of take-over of sales contract in the privatization process. In case the agreement is reached, if the Agency agrees, American "Uniworld" will withdraw the complaint it has recently submitted to the international arbitration. Ilić denies accusations made by the Privatization Agency that he did not invest obligatory means within the first year, as well as that the banking guarantee was charged to him without justification.
