Bambi 2012 net profit up 22 percent

The net profit of Serbian confectioner Bambi-Banat rose to 1.1 billion dinars ($12.6 million/9.8 million euro) in 2012 from some 898 million dinars a year earlier, company data indicated.

Operating income increased 5.1% to 8.2 billion dinars in 2012 while operating costs fell to 6.65 billion dinars from 6.72 billion dinars, company data submitted to the Belgrade bourse indicated on Tuesday.
