Nis-based Jugotehnika's warehouse put up for sale

On the basis of a decision of the Court of Commerce in Nis, bankruptcy manager of Nis-based Jugotehnika AD in bankruptcy put a warehouse of that company up for sale on Wednesday, with its estimated value of RSD 100 million set as a price.

As it was stressed, this estimated value is not the minimum acceptable price and is neither binding nor crucial for bidders when preparing their offers.

All those interested should submit their application to the Court of Commerce in Nis by May 10th and previously pay a deposit in the amount of 20% of the estimated value. Before all that, they are to purchase the sales documentation for RSD 20,000.

Bids will be opened publicly on May 10th. A sales agreement will be signed within three days of the bid opening date, and the buyer is obligated to pay the purchase price in full within 15 days of the moment the agreement is signed.
