Serbia's BB Minaqua said on Monday its shareholders meeting has given local accounting and consultancy firm Pandam-NS the go-ahead to squeeze out minorities at the water bottler.

Pandam-NS, already a 95.85% shareholder in BB Minaqua, will buy out the remaining 6,031 shares at 5,950 dinars ($68.3/53.3 euro) apiece, the water bottling company said in a bourse filing.
