April 30th set as final deadline for employers to report years of service for their employees

For employers in Serbia, April 30th is set as the final deadline to submit applications completed with information on the years of service and 2012 earnings of the employees and founders who are employed with their respective companies.

Applications can be submitted at all offices of the Republic Pension and Disability Insurance Fund (PIO). Failure to meet this deadline shall be deemed a violation of law and lead to a fine of 10,000 to 800,000 dinars for the employer and between 2,500 and 50,000 for the responsible person, the PIO Fund said in a release.
