Italians buy two parcels in industrial zone in Subotica

Two Italian companies offered to pay about EUR 300,000 for two parcels in Mali Bajmok Industrial Zone in Subotica at an auction on Thursday (28 March 2013), and they are expected to sign a sales agreement soon.
The newly founded company Perseo, which is headquartered in Subotica and is owned by a renowned Italian investor engaged in footwear production, offered a price of EUR 243,557.25 for the the first parcel that spans about 24,300 square meters.
Subotica-based G.C. 013, which is also a newly established company owned by an Italian firm engaged in the design of leather clothing, offered to pay EUR 58,411.5 for the second parcel spanning about 5,300 square meters.
Sales agreements for both parcels are expected to be concluded within the next 30 days.
