Energoprojekt inks contracts for new projects in Algeria, Peru and Bosnia

Members of Energoprojekt Holding have signed several contracts for projects in different countries.
Energoprojekt Hidroinzenjering and the National Agency for Dams and Transfers of Algeria signed early this year a Contract on the provision of implementation projects, technical assistance and supervision services during the construction of the Djedra dam in the Souk-Ahras Region. This contract will be implemented in association with the local partner CTH, and the part of the job to be done by Energoprojekt is valued at approximately EUR 2 million (exclusive of VAT). The project is to be implemented within 48 months.
This subsidiary of Energoprojekt has also inked a contract to provide consulting and supervision services during the construction of Cijevna III hydroelectric power station on the River Bosna with the Electric Power Company of the Republic of Srpska. This contract will be implemented in partnership with Germany's Fichtner, and the project is financed with the proceeds of a loan extended by KfW Bank. The value of the part of the job entrusted to EP Hidroinzenjering amounts to about EUR 950,000 (exclusive of VAT), and it is to be completed within 64 months.
Energoprojekt Niskogradnja and the SINERSA company (concessionaire) signed a contract in March to carry out the first phase of construction works on hydroelectric power stations Chancay and Rucuy in Peru. The value of this project is USD 6.9 million (inclusive of VAT), and it is to be implemented within six months.
