Beograd Metal Structure Industry for sale - Starting price at RSD 501.41 million

Privatization Agency published Tuesday an ad for the sale of Beograde Metal Structure Industry AD in bankruptcy by public auction, with the starting price set at RSD 501.41 million and the required deposit at RSD 200.56 million.

The public auction will be held May 20th at the Privatization Agency, and the deadline to purchase required documents is May 13th. This documentation is priced at RSD 100,000 plus VAT, whereas aforementioned deposit or an irrevocable first-class bank guarantee payable on demand should be submitted five working days before the auction.

All those interested will be able to see the property of the bankrupted debtor for seven days prior to the scheduled auction.

A sales agreement will signed with the buyer three days after the auction, and the future buyer is obligated to pay the rest of the selling price within eight days of the agreement signing date.
