Big domestic and European companies compete for Factory of oil and vegetable fats Vital-Vrbas, "hot" finals expected

Six domestic and foreign companies applied for procurement of this famous factory of edible oil and vegetable fats. Letters of intention were delivered by Delta Holding from Belgrade, Poteza Skupina d.d. from Ljubljana, Midland Resources, Fokus Capital Partners from Belgrade, Setuza Prague from Czech Republic and Sojaprotein from Bečej. About 60% of stocks is in the possession of employees, citizens and pensioners, while Share Fund owns 40% of stocks.
