Zoran Mitrovic as a co-owner and the CEO of the Victoria Group, which he founded and developed into a successful business system, has an extensive experience and exceptional results in organizational and financial restructuring of companies, corporate analysis and evaluation, as well as in monitoring and control of capital investments.

He managed the process of the company’s recapitalization by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and was the sponsor of PriceWaterhouse Cooper’s corporate governance improvement project.

He participated at the annual City Bank IPO conference in London (2010 and 2011); EBRD Conference “Invest in Serbia” (2010); “Fighting Food Inflation Through Sustainable Investment” organized by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and the EBRD (2008).

Zoran Mitrovic is a member of the Managing Board of Serbian Association of Managers, Serbian Chamber of Commerce, AHK Germany and the British-Serbian Chamber of Commerce.
