Slovenians are closer and closer to the end of the long-prepared project for uniting of Ljubljana-based Kolinska and Portorož-based Droga. The company will bear the name of Droga-Kolinska and its expected annual income is €250m and profit of €69m. The idea for this was given by Kotor-based Istrabenz, which owns 55% of new Concern, and the company will be managed by Robert Ferko, the only member of the administration, who has already promised to the stockholders that the stocks would grow by 30%.
New Concern already has capital contract with SCG-based company Grand prom (40% of coffee market in Serbia), which is going to become Slovenian daughter-company in Serbia, whereas owner Slobodan Vučićević already became owner of several percents of the stocks of Droga-Kolinska company. The Concern announced opening of new factories in BiH and the plan is that the entire production of Cocta and Jupi be moved to company Palanački kiseljak (owned by Kolinska). In Macedonia the company will expand through Viki krem (Kolinska) and coffee (Droga). Podravka is again mentioned in the context of partnership. (Pregled)
