Albanian businessman Fran Paljokaj - director of Dutch company that buys starch factory IPOK Zrenjanin

This businessman from Albania participate in the name of Netherlands-based company in the negotiations about procurement of Zrenjanin-based Industry of Corn Products IPOK, the biggest starch factory in the Balkans. Fran Paljokaj is general manager of Dutch company GP & Partners, and, unofficially, that company became interested in starch factory when the negotiations on construction of starch factory in Beli Manastir failed, of which value is estimated to 200 million USD.
