Belgrade-based hotel "Majestic" to become property of company "Atlas"

Company "Atlas venture" from the British Virgin Islands informed minor stockholders of Belgrade-based hotel "Majestic" on the forced sale of all stocks of that company.

"Atlas" is the owner of 96.17% of stocks of "Majestic" and it intends to buy the remaining stocks of that four-star hotel. The price for the remaining stocks is the same is in the offer for takeover of the majority package, which is 26,220 CSD per stock.

According to the Law on commercial companies, "Atlas" can buy stocks from the minor stockholders who do not issue the orders for sale of the stocks one month after the announcement of the offer.
