Fiat 500L Trekking at Car Show in Geneva

First the Fiat 500 `went large` with the 500L and now Fiat has unveiled the 500L Trekking. If the 500L is designed for couples who have outgrown their 500 (read: having children), then the 500L Trekking must be for those who like to indulge in a little off-roading.

The Trekking model uses Fiat`s innovative Traction+ system, which boosts the front-wheel drive only model’s ability to find grip. This avoids slipping and should get drivers out of trouble. By remaining two-wheel drive, Traction+ does away with the extra running costs associated with a 4x4.

The Italian based automaker Fiat has brought the 500L Trekking and the new 500 GQ to the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, where the two models have been unveiled.
