DDOR Novi Sad: Not for sale

Insurance company DDOR Novi Sad, part of the Italian group Unipol-Sai, is not for sale, said DDOR CEO Christian Otto Neu.

As he pointed out in a statement to the media, certain number of competitors have been expressing interest in buying DDOR Novi Sad for years now, as it is one of the very few financially healthy insurance companies in the Serbian market.

Among them is Slovenia's Triglav, whose CEO Matjaz Rakovec said in a statement that his company wanted to buy DDOR Novi Sad.

- DDOR Novi Sad is simply not for sale. The company is part of the newly formed Italian group Unipol-Sai, whose revenue from premiums amounts to EUR 18 billion, and this group currently works on a business strategy for Italy and abroad - Neu stressed.
