Metalac Proleter 2012 revenues up 25 percent

Retailer Metalac Proleter, which operates as part of the Metalac holding, significantly boosted its sales in 2012 and ended that year with a positive financial result.

This company reported a business revenue of RSD 823.9 million in 2012, up 25.8 percent from the previous year.

After making losses in 2011, Metalac Proleter reported a business profit of RSD 17.5 million last year, whereas its net profit was at RSD 7.4 million.

Metalac Proleter has scheduled a regular general meeting for April 22.

The parent company Metalac holds the 64.6 percent stake in Proleter, whereas the largest minor shareholder is the Share Fund with a 20.3 percent stake.
