Contract on privatization of Vojvođanska banka tomorrow

The contract on privatization of Vojvođanska banka will be signed tomorrow (September 12, 2006) in the Government of Serbia with the representatives of the National Bank of Greece (NBG).

At the last meeting, the Government of Serbia adopted the Draft contract on privatization of Vojvođanska banka and announced that the proportion between selling and bookkeeping price was 1 to 4.9 in that transaction.

Since the bookkeeping price of Vojvođanska banka was estimated to about 80m EUR, NBG should pay about 392m EUR for that bank.
