Only bidder for procurement of capital of "Hissar" - "Pionir"

The tender commission for stock company "Hissar" from Prokuplje has made the decision on commencement of negotiations with the only bidder, company "Pionir" Ltd. from Belgrade, about procurement of 95.16% of total registered assets of that company.

Since such decision was made, since it is a tender with only one bidder, the Ministry of Economy will form the commission for negotiations with the only bidder.

The tender commission that observes the sale of the assets of company "Hissar", the manufacturer of confectioneries, candied fruit and products of fruit and vegetables, made that decision on its second meeting on August 25.
