"Hermes softlab" from Ljubljana bought Kragujevac-based software company "Virtuel Team"

Slovenian company "Hermes softlab" from Ljubljana had become the owner of the capital of Kragujevac-based private software company "Virtual Team", the manager of "Virtual Team", Vladan Atanasijević, confirmed.

According to his words, all documents that make "Hermes softlab" owner of "Virtual Team" were signed and the details about that, on the initiative of the representative of Slovenian company, will be announced to the public at the First Investment Fair in Kragujevac on September 7.

Atanasijević added that the aim of "Hermes Softlab Srbija" is the increase in export of program solutions through increase in number of IT professionals and significant growth in volume of operations.
