Jat to pay off debt to Nikola Tesla Airport with its property?

Jat Airways has an unsettled debt to the Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, and one of the solutions could be to pay a part of it with its property, people at the flag carrier told Tanjug news agency Thursday (7 February 2013).

- The managements of the two companies are trying to find a way to solve this problem, and one of the ideas is that a part of the debt be settled by transferring the property currently used by Jat Airways to Nikola Tesla Airport and to reschedule the rest of the debt - said people at Jat.

As it was stressed, downturns in the last few years have prevented Jat Airways from fully servicing its debt to Nikola Tesla Airport.
