Tender for Bela Palanka-Pirot road extended until July 8th

A tender to build a non-commercial road from Bela Palanka to Pirot (west), which should run parallel to the eastern branch of Corridor X, has been extended until July 8th, people at Koridori Srbije told Tanjug news agency today.

The initial deadline for all companies interested in building the Bela Palanka-Pirot road to submit their bids was February 7th.

This section is 22 kilometers long and includes the construction of five bridges, with all the work required to be completed in 365 days. The project will be financed with the proceeds of a loan of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The tender is open to companies from any country, but all bids must contain a performance guarantee for EUR 500,000.
