Construction of beautiful bridge across the Đetina - 212 meters long and 100 meters high

The Government of Serbia wishes to co-finance construction of the bypass around Užice, to Bajina Bašta, from the National Investment Plan and it plans to set aside 9.5m EUR for that purpose and another 7m EUR will be provided from the other sources. About 5 kilometers of the route will be built, whereas the beautiful bridge 212 m long will be constructed across the canyon of the Đetina river at the height of 100 meters and with the arch whose span will be 146 meters.

The tender will be announced in the first days of October 2006, so that the construction of the facility could start on April 15, 2007.

As far as the route is concerned, there are some old contracts with Užice-based company "Putevi" and the new annexes will be introduced to define the details, so that these works could start very soon, already in few days.
