Dutch Investment Fund "Poteza Adriatic" announced the bid for takeover of at least 95% of the assets of Fodder Factory "Proteinka" from Šabac at price of 6,644.57 CSD per stock.

The offer will be opened prior to September 14, 2006. If the bid for takeover is successful, the Dutch Fund will pay total of about 381m CSD or 4.5m EUR for 100% of assets or 57,731 stocks of "Proteinka".
