UTP "Vrujci" with its hotels, restaurants, swimming pools, sports courts in privatization process, "Si&Si", "Zepter" interested - €5m

Catering company ``Vrujci``, which owns ``Vrujci`` hotel, sports courts, outdoor swimming pool and several trade facilities, will be privatized in 2005. The property of this company has been estimated to €5m. The privatization would have been carried out before, but the ownership relations were not clear.

Company "Si&Si", which already has water bottling factory "voda-voda" in Banja Vrujci spa, "Zepter" company and other companies are interested in privatization of ``Vrujci`` company.
