Montenegrin Minister of Transport and Maritime Affairs Ivan Brajovic told TV Vijesti that the construction of the Bar-Boljare highway could start in the second half of 2013.

The minister said that negotiations were currently underway with three interested partners, including some companies from China.

Brajovic noted that the speed of the implementation of that project would depend on the method of construction.
