Andrea Confezioni to start production in Jagodina on 22 January 2013

Italy's Andrea Confezioni will put its Jagodina-based factory for producing tarpaulin covers for cars into operation on 22 January 2013, Jagodina Mayor Dragan Markovic-Palma announced.

- The factory will employ 520 workers, and the priority will be given to unemployed parents - Markovic added. He invited young unemployed parents to immediately apply for a job at this factory.

More than 50 workers, who will start production, have completed a training at the company's factory in Romania.

Construction of this factory commenced in March 2011. It is a EUR 9 million greenfield investment in the automotive industry.
