"Delta holding" and weekly magazine "Vreme" to start daily newspaper?

According to unofficial information, company "Delta" and Belgrade's weekly magazine "Vreme" are negotiating about possible cooperation on launching of new daily newspaper.

- I did met Žarković, but we did not talk about that - said Milka Forcan, the vice president of "Delta holdinga", adding that the company has no intention of entering the daily newspaper project.

Dragoljub Žarković, the editor-in-chief of weekly magazine "Vreme", pointed out that the idea of that magazine about starting daily newspaper existed since 1994, but he said that it was still far from the realization.

According to the unofficial information, "Delta" and "Vreme" are negotiating for almost a year about the procurement of 51% of stocks of this weekly magazine, "but they can not agree on the price".
