Ledo plans capital increase to raise funds for Frikom acquisition

By issuing new common shares and offering qualified investors the right to subscribe to them, Ledo wants to raise funds to take over Belgrade-based Frikom and Podgorica-based Ledo from Agrokor, Chairman of the Ledo Managing Board Tomislav Kitonic said at the presentation of the new issue of shares held on the Zagreb Stock Exchange.

Ledo plans to buy aforementioned companies in order to take control of the entire ice cream and frozen food division of Agrokor and, thus, become a regional leader in that field.
