A conclusion made after consulting partners in the Serbian government is that Galenika's current financial position is unsustainable, the Finance Ministry said in a release.
The Ministry of Finance and Economy has been ordered to start preparations for the announcement of an international tender in early 2013, which should ensure a serious strategic partner and a safe future for Galenika.
